To ensure a smooth shipping process for your order, please follow the steps below carefully.


Step 1: Confirm Your Order Details

After completing your payment, our team will send an order confirmation within 24 hours via:

�� Important Email Delivery Note

If you do not receive our confirmation email, please:

  • Ensure your mailbox is not full

  • Double-check that your email address was entered correctly

  • Confirm there are no typos (e.g., “.con” or “.come” instead of “.com”)

Our system often detects delivery failures due to these common errors.

�� Still Can’t Find the Email?

Due to cross-border email filtering, some providers may automatically block our domain.

If your payment was successful:

  • Your order has been securely received

  • Our team will proactively reach out to you

  • Please check your WhatsApp for messages from us

Once you receive the confirmation, please:

  • Check both your WhatsApp and Email (including the spam folder)

  • Carefully verify your size, shipping address, and contact information

  • Need to make changes? Simply contact us or reply to the confirmation email—no need to place a new order!


Step 2: Confirm Quality Check (QC) Photos

⏳ Processing Time: 1–3 business days after order confirmation

You will receive a secure QC link via WhatsApp or email containing high-resolution photos of the actual items we will ship to you.

What is a QC?

A Quality Check includes:

  • High-resolution photos of your actual pair (not stock images)

  • Multiple angles: sides, soles, logos, and stitching details

  • Close-ups of all quality check points

What to do next:

  • Open the QC link using your order email (as shown below ��)

  • Verify the following:

    • ✅ Size: Matches what you ordered

    • ✅ Address: Shipping details are correct

Action Required:

  • Click “OK” if everything is correct—your item will ship the next business day

  • Click “Failed” if you notice any issues, and provide details if possible
    Please note: We only ship after receiving your explicit approval.

�� Note for Multiple Items:
If you ordered multiple products but only see some in the QC photos, don’t worry—the remaining items are still being prepared. We will send a new QC link once they are ready.


Step 3: Shipping Confirmation & Package Tracking

�� Your order is now on its way!

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email or WhatsApp, including a photo of your package (as shown below ��).

What to do next:

  • Review the attached package photo to confirm the address and personal details are accurate

Tracking Update:

  • Your tracking number will be activated within 3–5 business days after shipment

  • We will notify you once it is active

  • The tracking number is issued by the platform and can be checked in your email
